Apex Bee Company's Local Artisan honeys are harvested with painstaking care to preserve their purity and unique flavors. Our hives and supers are all serialized for traceability and we go to great lengths to ensure that our Wildflower honeys are never blended. We never heat our honey, using only a cold de-capping process, and then only lightly strain* it, thus ensuring that all the goodness inherent in raw honey is retained. Each super of honey is placed in a separate container and tracked with a unique lot number. As a result of our quality control, you won’t find a better tasting honey anywhere!
