DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE MILK HALF GALLON
One of our signature products, often described as melted chocolate ice cream, our chocolate milk recipe is my mother's old family hot cocoa recipe from Vermont, chilled.
Pastured cows produce milk which can have up to five times more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). CLA is a type of fat that may prove to be one of our most potent cancer fighters and is not found in a grain-fed cow's milk. Milk from pastured cows contains an ideal ratio of essential fatty acids (Omega-6 and Omega-3) and has higher protein. Pastured milk will look a little more yellow than conventional milk due to higher levels of beta carotene, another good side effect of cows eating a grass-fed diet. In short, milk from pastured cows is better for people, not to mention, better for the cows who are simply doing what nature intended- EATING GRASS!
